About Us

Mikayla and Walker met during their sophomore year at a UNC football game, and despite navigating long distance, have been inseparable ever since. From early on, it was clear to those who knew them that the bond they shared was something special. Along the way, they took countless trips to DeBordieu filled with pickleball, boat days, running, and sunset golf cart rides. DeBordieu holds some of their favorite memories together, making it the perfect place for them to make it official.

WHERE DO I STAY?

We highly recommend staying in DeBordieu for ease of transportation and convenience for all wedding events.Please note that transportation will not be provided to hotels or houses outside of Debordieu. It is 35+ minute round trip to Georgetown or Pawleys Island and it is very difficult to arrange Ubers.Wedding festivities will take place at the Debordieu Beach Club Pavilion &amp; the Golf Clubhouse, so staying near these locations is ideal for easy transportation &amp; venue access! For reference, these locations are shown as red stars on the map below. The wedding party will be housed in Ocean Park which just north of the Beach Club.Homes, condos, and villas are available to rent through the Debordieu Colony Rentals website, as well as VRBO and Tidelife Vacations. Please mention that you are booking for the Trevey/Rose Wedding and our contacts will help you find the best deal and location. The most cost effective way to book accomodations is to assemble a group of friends and all go in our 3 -5 bedroom houses in Debordieu. HOW DO I GET TO DEBORDIEU/PAWLEYS ISLAND/GEORGETOWN? 

&nbsp;Although easy to call one from the airport, Ubers and Lyfts aren’t always readily accessible in and around Pawleys. If you’re flying in via Myrtle Beach or Charleston, we recommend you rent a car for the weekend. Getting around Pawleys Island:

-This is the way to get around Debordieu Colony, so we highly recommend booking a golf cart if staying in DeBordieu.-Most DeBordieu rental houses have the option to rent a golf cart for an extra fee during booking through the DeBordieu website, and we would recommend checking this option first before booking through Pawleys or AJAX.&nbsp;
